The three rungs
Priced for one market at a time. It opens in dollars; switch it to rupees if you are reading from India.
- 01A free diagnostic callThirty minutes. You bring one painful task, we tell you whether AI is the answer, and we say so plainly when it is not. No proposal document and no follow-up sequence.Free
- 02A first fixWe name the number it will move, build it, and show you the movement. Priced on the outcome, not on hours. Most ship in four to eight weeks. From $9,000
- 03The next fix, then the nextOnly if the first one paid. Each month we re-run your number by hand, read it to you, and cover up to four hours of fixes, which do not roll over. Anything larger is a new fix, priced like the first. No lock-in, no minimum term.$1,800 a month
Every figure here is before tax. Any tax, duty or withholding that applies where your business is registered is yours and is not included above.
“From” means what it says: that is the floor, and a larger job costs more. It is not a starting point that everything climbs away from during the project. Scope agreed is scope built; scope changed is repriced before the change, not after.
Why these are on a page at all
Most of the market does not do this. At the large end, prices do not appear anywhere; at the small end, a free audit is the headline and the price arrives on the call. Both arrangements mean you cannot rule us out without spending your time.
For a sense of scale against a real alternative rather than against nothing: one AI consultancy publishes four tiers running from 2,000 dollars for a readiness assessment to 150,000 dollars and upfor a full implementation, which we read on 27 August 2026. That is one firm’s pricing, not a market average. We looked for a defensible market average for small-business AI consulting and did not find one — the figures that circulate trace back to vendor blogs quoting unnamed studies, so we have nothing trustworthy to place ourselves against and we are not going to make one up to look reasonable.
What the money buys
A first fix is one job, working, in your business, with the before and after counted the same way. Specifically:
- The count as it stands before anything changes.
- The thing itself, built narrow, with a person in the loop wherever a wrong output would reach a customer or an account.
- The old route switched off, with a named person doing it.
- The same count afterwards, run the same way, including when it did not move.
You are buying a change to how one job gets done, and the evidence of whether it changed. Not a licence, not a platform, and not a document.
What it does not cover
Stated here rather than in a schedule you read after signing:
- Tax. Every figure above is before tax. An Indian engagement is invoiced plus GST at the prevailing rate; elsewhere, any tax, duty or withholding that applies where your business is registered is yours. The number you agree is the number before tax, and we would rather you read that here than on the invoice.
- Third-party costs. Model usage, hosting, any subscription the fix depends on. These are yours, in your own accounts, on your own cards. We do not resell them and we do not mark them up.
- A second job. A first fix is one job. The second is a new fix, priced like the first.
- Unlimited revision. Getting the agreed thing right is included. Changing what the agreed thing is gets repriced, before the work, not after it.
- Legal or regulatory advice. We are not lawyers. Where a fix touches personal data we will say what we think the questions are and tell you to take advice on them.
On negotiating
The figures above are the floor, and there is no version of this where the price comes down to close a deal. That is not a posture. Discounting to win work means the next client pays for this one, and it means the cheapest way to get a better price from us is to push, which is a terrible thing to teach the people you work with.
What can move is scope. If the number does not work, the useful conversation is about a smaller job, not a smaller invoice for the same job. Sometimes the outcome of that conversation is that there is no job here worth doing yet, and we will say so.
If you have read this far, you know what we do, what we refuse, what it costs and where the evidence is thin. That is everything we would tell you on a call anyway. The call is free, thirty minutes, and you can bring the one painful task you have been thinking about since chapter one.
Where these numbers came from
Every figure on this page, with what it is and where it is from. If a number is illustrative rather than measured, it says so here and it says so in the text.
